Honoring our Heritage during the Holidays: Dia de los Muertos

This festive season is a celebration to remember those who are no longer with us. Everyone joins in the festivities. Many people build alters in memory of their loved ones, including animals so that we never forget their spirit.

We all get painted by the locals and adorn ourselves with ceremonial and cultural jewelry. It is a  festive tradition full of spiritual symbolism. It is a true artisan celebration.
